Brad holds the GHS school record for single season strikeouts with 115 in just 78 innings. He finished his high school career with a 2.23 ERA and 211 strikeouts. He also hit .311 with 7 HR and 61 RBI. He later played at Northern Illinois University, Elgin Community College, and Arkansas State University. Professionally, he played in both the Toronto Blue Jay and Arizona Diamondback minor league system for 7 seasons. In 2012 he threw a no-hitter against the West Michigan Whitecaps.
